The white armor kit does not contain everything you need to complete your trooper replica costume. Minimally, you'll probably need the following items:

white industrial strength sticky-back Velcro
a couple yards of 1" black nylon webbing, and fittings
hot glue gun and hot glue sticks
cyanoacrylate glue ("Crazy Glue")
a pop rivet gun and pop rivets
a couple yards of black 1" elastic
some 1/4" black elastic
1" sew-on black Velcro
a compliment of Exacto blades
a drill and assorted bits
a well-accessorized Dremel or other rotary tool
various grades of sandpaper, including EXCRUTIATINGLY fine
steel wool
gloss black spray paint
"machine grey" spray paint
flat black spray paint
a black body suit
a neck piece
white boots
black gloves
a blaster rifle
lots of patience
a friend to help

You may want the following items as well:

battery-operated fans for air circulation in your helmet
a mic and amp system to amplify your voice
a two-way headset radio system so you can talk with other troopers
flat lenses to improve your vision
a set of jeweler's files
black mesh to back the helmet frown, which you will cut out for better ventilation
enough money to hire someone else to make it (just kidding)
